Alright, I've read the first page and The Straw Man. So far it's pretty interesting and I can believe it. What should I look/read next?
It was also pretty creepy with the whole straw man thing.
I've started reading the UCC Connection, and it's very interesting.
Is what it says about the government true? It seems sort of like a history lesson telling you about all the jurisdictions and stuff.
I just finished that section and it's pretty incredible. Is that true? It seems like a way to bend the rules a bit, or at least get through all the loopholes. Would it actually work in court?

Yes, it would actually work in court, if you knew what you were doing.

Unfortunately one cannot read all that is printed, it would take more then a life time, so one is unable to take into account "Everyhting". So instead i perfer to use my own brain to think up things instead of being told.
I have nto read the site refered to nor do i need to. I would also like to ask you what you mean by making the people sovern again? Do you mean 100% democrasy or do you mean anarchy? becuase both would be horrible forms of government. anarachy would make the people completely "sovern" each person sovern for themselves and no one else. and as for complete democracy that would be horrbile as well. there is a reason we vote a person as president, and there is a reason why the government is the way it is. Even if this site 100% true i would not even bat an eyelash, for youwhat you might not understand is that it really DOES NOT MATTER. tell me this? how many people have you actually seen get out of these speeding tickets? how many people have you seen not having to pay taxs and such? well even if you have seen a few that doesnt matter becuase the system functions on a whole, even if certain individuals get away with this stuff it doesnt matter as logn as the whole system remains as one and as long as the whole system continues to function. So if the mass populass does not get a hold of this information then it's fine and really doesnt matter, and guese what even if the mass populace does take advantage of these benefits it still doesnt matter, becuase no system can continue to function with such grand errors as the whole society not paying, so in response the government would change/ eleminate these benefits if a un supportable amount of people began to take these advanatages. In the end it doesnt matter as long as scoiety continues to function, which at his point it is doing extremely well, with America being pretty much the only super power in the world today.
now what is the point of me saying all this? Im no patriot but i do see that scoiety functions just fine as it is now so it really doesnt matter if all these loopholes exist or not.

To get out of a speeding ticket, it takes 3 simple little things + your signature. Then when you go to court for it, you have to
know what you're doingWhere the hell does it say you can get out of paying taxes? That's something completely fictisious created by you.
And you are saying that knowing the UCC is a bad thing?
You can go ahead and be a pawn in our governments game. But me, I won't stand for a dictating government, taking away my rights......
And you know what? I shouldn't even reply to this "rebuttle" because of all the gramatical errors, and spelling errors. Cause I can barely understand wtf you are trying to say anyways.
Oh and P.S. Learn to use paragraphs, they help

QUOTE(devilesk @ Jun 25 2005, 06:39 PM)
Hmm yea I agree with that, the whole process seems a bit time consuming as well. I think it would be more harmless to just go through the simple process of like paying a fine instead of doing all the things it says there. Sure there are ways explained there to get around that, and even if everyone had the knowledge of how I don't think many would take the time to do that.
Really is the government really trying to screw us over with all these hidden laws and loopholes no one knows about? I think the majority of people are doing fine just following the normal way to do things instead of going through that whole process.
And about the federal reserve notes, it's kind of obvious that in REALITY they have no real value, its only the value that the government gives us. But it's for the best, because what else would you rather pay with? Silver and gold... thats just not practical.
I do think that the articles are very informative though and give good information about the history of the judicial system and all the reasons behind the laws and such. It doesn't hurt to know those things, but most of the time it's just easier to pay a fine or whatever instead of digging through the law.
But the question I have is, will knowing all of this really help me out in the long run? Would it really make my life easier? Is it worth it?
On a side note about the traffic tickets, probably 99% of the time if you actually follow the traffic laws you won't even get the ticket in the first place

Like buckling a seatbelt.

If you want to be a
true sovereign citizen (like everyone was in the beggining of our nation) in the long run, then yes, this will help you.
But in a city where the cops pull you over for doing the speed limit, and they lie out their ass in court, then knowing how the UCC works, is a damn good thing. Cause then you won't be screwed out of your money.
QUOTE(devilesk @ Jun 25 2005, 06:53 PM)
I also guess that the government tries to camouflage and hide all those recovery and recourse laws so much is that sure they want us to be able to have free will and all. But they also want money which, I think, benefits the society as a whole. Living in a bankrupt country isn't so good, and I guess tricking gullible people is a quick way to get some cash

But the thing is, we are in a bankrupt country, about 6
TRILLION dollars bankrupt to be precise. And do you know what backs up out National Tresurey? Our
WORD. It used to be backed up by Silver & Gold, until President Rosavelt came along and declared May 1st, "National Bank Day"
QUOTE(Rhiom @ Jun 25 2005, 06:55 PM)
they're not tricking you if you give em your money freely. like through taxs, well not really freely becuase you expect other things from em like a good police force.

Taxes aren't freely. They are
FORCED upon us. If we weren't in a deficet, there would be no taxes. Were there taxes in the beggining of our country? HELL NO! There were no taxes, because taxes are basicly another way of saying terrif (The shit our founding fathers hated, and that's why we had the revolutionary war)
QUOTE(Tdnfthe1 @ Jun 25 2005, 09:14 PM)
Exactly how i was thinking as I read the articles. The government is moreover probably "pupeteering us". Meaning they are leading along by strings making us think we are doing what we want, but we are contained. This doesn't have to be a bad thing, the system could be protecting the people from each other, for people always want perfect life, and always find fault with things. We see this best in our article, people finding the biggest loops and tunnels through a system so we can abuse it, if it were easy for any american to do that, we'd have continuous rebellions(like england, france, RUSSIA, and a few smaller asian countries).
As I said before, the article isn't proposing FALSE infoirmation, it's just what the intent of the information is for that I choose to not agree with. I rather make my own periodical small opinions about what the government is doing, whether then be manipulated by some convincing arguements. Not saying this is the point of this article, but it's the same as a gossiping media
(like many american newspapers). It may give factual information, but the fact is it's also trying to control your opinion just like our government. When you think about it like that, it kinda makes you want to just take your time with acquiring information. But overall, the article points out intresting stuff, only problem is you would fine many average americans to abuse this information if they were patient enough to read it.

These articles aren't trying to control our opinion about the government, it is clearely stating how it has been decieving us since the Great Depression, and "National Bank Day" (May 1st)
And if you realised that having no freedoms is stupid and bull shit, this information would piss you right the **ck off. Like it does me
Maybe if you guys were not so closed minded, you could actually see the points this site explains.
And if you guys think the UCC is bull shit, try not having it and see where that gets us........ (Anarchy 101 baby)
