Good point. But then the parent would most likely see the game, and throw it out (If they really do care about their kid not playing them)

You raise a good point there. Yes i am sure the parents would throw the game out, But there are two sceniros:
1. If the kid asked there parents and they said "no" because they know what the game is like, And the kid got it somehow. Then the parents have two choices, 1. Throw the game out and punish the kid for disobeying them. 2. Sit down and talk with there kid and allow the kid to keep it, But still punish him/her.
2. The kid knows his parents will say "no" because its not his/her age limit, But the parents don't know what the game is. And he/she buys the game somehow, And when the parents find out they don't do nothing as they no nothing about it.

I played Duke Nukem 3D when I was like.... 11, 12, or 13. And i'm perfectly fine.
Thats because you have comon sense, Unlike most kids today they believe what they see or hear, So most go around copying the game. Its not the kids fault, Its the goverment and there laws about parents cant do this to a kid or that. and the way the world works these days....
Parents don't have the rights like they used to to punish there kids, I mean you cant even smack your kid to teach them a lesson and if you do and your found out you go to jail or a nice big fine comes though your door... Sure might seem far-fetched, But it worked when my dad and mum where young, A good smack on the butt they never made the same mistake again.
Anyway what i am getting at, Kids copy games because they have no comon sense to know its just a game of fun to entertane yourself for a few hours, Game don't cause violence, The world causes it.
