the only way to have anarchy is to have no HUMANS humans naturaly make governements anywhere, even in a tiny village in africa has some form of government and economic system.

Dictatorship is the perfect form if government if the ruler has the people in mind. then no beuracracy and things can be done quickly and effeciently.
Everyone should make me ruler of the earth! Then i would "eliminate" a lot of the... problems... we have.
