I hope that you Yoshi will be reasonable enough to NOT make any of those fools who are saying "vote for me" a mod. It is for 100% sure that all they want is the advance of being a mod not to perform mod duties!

I didn't want it for the mod position (although I'll mod away if it need be done) I wanted to get to let maps in or punch them out.

Syphon, saying: "I want the job because I have nothing else better to do." IS NOT a good thing. That just means that you will be happy when you have the job if Yoshi gives it to you and you will probally be bored by it in a few days, or want to quit.

Yes, that's the biggest challenge when looking for applicants, who won't give up. So many people ususally succumb to the workload.

Anyways, people who say "please nomiate me" aren't the ones who are best for the job, IMO.

Maybe Yoshi should give each applicant and test to see if they can actually do the job good and correctly.

Yoshi could give them points on how well they let the newly made maps come in.

If they let a unfinshed map in, or if they let in a bad map, Yoshi would give them points on how well they did.

That's what I am thinking.

Or you can give them a week and get some helpers to send either maps or sounds or other things, to the applicants and see if they can seperate the bad bad stuff from the good stuff.

Play through about 20 maps, files and other utilities a week, approve good when, reject bad ones then sort them in the dldb. Ya... I'm up to it
