Well i lovee FF10 man.. like it is almost my favourite game. Why does it say your not making it when you are... well i would love to see a fun map like this.. hehe.. What portions of the story are you going to work on?? the whole thing? That would be crazy.. WEll good luck man.. This map seems very interesting and i can't wait to see it done.

if you read the first post, it says Mp)C]l[oud and Mp)Ryu are making it, i am Mp)C]l[oud . and right now im arguing with myself about making the game in like 2 or 3 seperate maps or try and put it all in one, heres what came out

-If i make it all in 1, I wont be able to make cinimas.
-If i make it in 2-3 i will be able to put those cinimas in.

lol I personally want cinimas in so im making it in 2-3. anyway for the Demo it also serves as the Intro. So in the first map ill be starting it from about Besaid Island. Thats ill I have right now.

Good news everyone I learned from Cloud (Darth Reven) what Ryu was doing, he's doing terrian (Good thing to cause me and cloud suck at it). However production for the next few days will be slow, Ryu hasn't played the game yet so he's borrowing it. And I got my FFX a few days ago... and I must beat it before making the map . I forgot if I mentioned this or not but I already reasoned with Cloud that the map will be in seperate parts. First part will be from Besaid Island (Instead of the beginning of the game since it has a bunch of BORING cutscenes) to Mushroom Rock Road and project Mi'hen. I'm pretty sure I'll be doing the cutscenes of the game (Although Ryu could be doing them I don't really know) so cutscene wise the game will start with meeting Wakka and end RIGHT after you fight a Sin Spawn at Project Mi'Hen. Luckily that's rather a short distance to walk so it shouldn't take THAT long to finish, but it doesn't mean the game itself will be short. I'll try thinking of things to add in that pack some content.

i guess you could call this an update...(more like confirming Goldens information)

-3 player game
-player 1(Red) will automaticall Tidus)
-the other 2 members will pick between the other 6 characters.
-will be every summon up to the point it finish's
-Spells - Thunder(certain), Blizzard(Thinking about it), Fire(uncertain), Water(90% possiblity that it wont be in the game)
-decided to use a regular level system, cuz sphere grid would be literally impossible for sc..(well a complete one that works like the game anyway)
-Yuna unit has been decided as Sarah Kerrigen(ghost style) and changed Wakka to a Marine(Raynor style)

If you're gonna do Zanarkand, I would suggest twilight or the use of some psi aura sprites. it's very.. blue. As for FFX, I feel visuals sold the game. The characterization was weak.

Crazy when i made that reply i forgot to finish it, it was answering your question of you wanting to take part in this map, and the answer to that would be yes, but it'll be at least 2 weeks before we have anything to test.

uh wow didnt know 2 people were making final fantasy x...

no1 ever reads the first post Golden is making the Demo for the map, hes part of the map production..im in charge of it cuz of my knowledge of FFX! and i had the idea, and Ryu is helping too, wit terrain and some other trigs.

howcome game not going well btw what is speical about this game XD lol... and would it be one of thoes types where you can play it over and over and it will have difference maybe and etc..

hmmm what would be the most specticular about this game will be that the cinimas from the game will be in here, as best as we can finish it anyway.

im still thinking about that. I'll do it for 1 area for sure.


another thing im thinking about, is maby making it so you can play in the blitzball tourny, well the final game anyway..but it would be abit complicated, so im leaving it as an unlikely.

tight i guess dont know much about ffx... saw ff advent child the tightest thing in the world.

yea its kinda like half mp map i guess someone else is also helping out i think sniper :\ so we dont get full credit and if it comes out bad we can blaim it on him lol haha ... jp....

New updates, sort of. It's more of an editation of what Cloud said:
-Multiplayer is being decided, Cloud wants it multiplayer the way he has it doesn't really work out because of how many characters you get at the start of the game, so we're thinking on how to make it work
-Spells will all be added most likely having a High Templer (Thunder) Firebat (Guess) Goon (Water) Blizzard (Archon)
-Yuna's unit will most likely be a Medic depending if there are any flaws found in the healing system.

I feel like I missed something, i'll edit if I did.

Thats whats bad when your making a map with 3 diff people... communication takes time and also people have problem but it usally comes out better then 1 person making a map unless they never finish it
