Yeah, no one's excuse for believing in what they do is lame. You can's judge people's beliefs.

I just put No/No because I actually dont care if there is a God or not. But, for now, since there is no scientific proof that he exists or not, I will just say no becuase thats the most logical choice when I rationalize everything out in my head.

I hear this a lot, and I am 100% against that kind of thinking. Some one believes in something for a stupid reason, tell them about it. Don't force them with your hand, force them with the truth. It's just that the truth isn't that strong of a guy. Especially towards stubburn people who are in denial.

I hear that mostly from people who don't really care about the subject, and mostly havn't researched that or debated about it that much. Or they've done so much research and debating, noticed they got no where with it, then just said, "fark it. I don't care anymore." And just took neutral ground. The easiest ground to take and defend.

buddism is almost directly derived from hinduism. I think that's what he meant.

It's sorta like christianity coming from judaism.

But technically, you're right.
