I don't really think it's white people being racist, I think it's more black people (no, I am truly no racist). Whenever a white person speaks up it's mostly the black people that rub it in their face. There are many instances, though, where there is a difference. I am just speaking generally about the southern and eastern areas of the US, mainly.

Now here is low level discrimination. Black have had plenty of time to "get up". Government quotas saying you must hire so many blacks and must have so many blacks in your college gives them things for free. They learn that the government will step in and keep them on their feet, meanwhile being a burden to a taxpayers wallet. They learn that they don't actually need to do anything. Thats what contributes to whites having superior power in the US.

Whales are only dumb because they lack the essential parts required to have complex thought. Sure it's big, but its also simplistic. Size isn't the winner in this discussion.

Discrimination is brought about from unknowns only because unknowns are shaped by society (which is also culture). Things are unknown simply because society doesn't give them a definition.
I guess you are right, if two people if a different race were to meet each other for the first time they would discriminate. But that also depends on the age. If they are young, then they wouldn't understand the difference. Why is that? Im not sure. Maybe it has to do with the brain. People learn to be afraid and people learn to discriminate. I guess the youth have not yet developed such a psyche.
