I'm all lower body really. I can run, bike, whatever better than most of my friends can but my upper body completely sucks.

I don't really know exactly what I can becnh, but I know I can do more than 75 pounds since I benched that because my friends were just curious, but I've never really tried to figure my max.

Last night I just did 275 pounds 2 times! I weigh 165 still, so that is 110 pounds more than my weight! Thats more than some people can do all together

I weigh 236, I'm 15, I'm also 6'5" and I'm scheduled to be around 6'8" when I'm 18.

I bench around 225 for 10 reps, any less and I can do anything from 20 to 50.
Leg press is around 700 lbs and as many reps as I want. tongue.gif
Squats are 510.

The only thing I hate is showing off my muscles, I find it annoying when other people do it, so I don't usually.

My legs are HUGE and all muscle. Like tree trunks..
