It's been my philosophy for map making that people will like the map, and other people won't. That's unavoidable for the most part, but it's satisfying just as long as some HUGE noob says "Wow, how'd he do that?!?!?".

And one of the six bosses will by a hydralisk that's constantly making hallucinations and teleporting around, as tassadar templars have a shorter range and the energy might make things confusing.

Light in the Dark RPG is an open rpg where you pick one of six classes, defeat six bosses, take the keys they have and unlock the gate to the final boss. I know, it sounds cliche, but it will have a:

starport spell system
barracks potion system
boss monster spell system
near-random boss placement
revival potion system
and finally a level up system where you can choose between weapon and armor upgrades, an extra 10% health, or better spells.

Currently, a friend is terraining it (awesome job, so far, by the way), and most of the players triggers aren't done. A few more ideas for bosses are needed (I am posting for help on a half-dozen other forums looking for unique ideas for bosses), so I would appreciate any help.

My only real boss idea is a 10,000 hp overlord that does nothing, except healing itself and summoning monsters for you to fight.

I don't to spoil the story (it is good though) by posting it. Please leave feedback on these ideas.
