It wasnt really a boom
it was more like a sonic flash
I dont think that they are dead just pernamently deaf
and I think that the sonic flash was what the button kept from happening
If the sonic flash got out the location of the island would be revealed

It wasn't a sonic flash as much as it was an electro-magnetic pulse. That's why the Russians in the arctic listening post detected it.

ah ha im listening and thats also a good way to do that hehe but why not blind as well cause a sonic flash would be damn bright too but its not my map soo ill let you decide that .....

Locke was ausome! he seemed "intune" with the island! but howcome when everyone trys to work out the secret, they only use the fresh clues? WAT ABOUT ALL THE DAM CLUES IN THE FIRST SEASON??
Lockes sudden use to his legs, Hurlys numbers, The numbers on the side of the Hatch (Last 2 have been solved... Kinda), Claires dissapearence and baby? (we find out what happend in 2 days, so bear with me), The "Other trainsmission" (Solved), The Magnetic Wall, WHY the numbers have to be put in, the pictures in the monster infront of Echo (His family?), The new guy who fell? where was he from?, There are 2 other groups from what i can make out, The black people with sticks and dont leave a single trace, and the other guys with guns! what the fk is up with that? anyway, im sure ur sick of me
