I agree Bolt_Head; making skyscrapers and mountains and whatnot is very easy, just time consuming; it's pretty obvious how it is done just by looking at a skyscraper because you can see every tile.
I like the big ol ramp, and the pyramids!

Noone here uses SF's custom brushes? They allow you to make a skycraper as big as you want in like 2 minutes...
It Still takes awhile to make the brushes...... Unless you know something I don't......
make a building in less than 2 minutes(according to clokr_) save the terrain. next time you want to use it, load it and BAM you got it
You make a building, select it and whatever, then save it as a custom brush so you can place it on other maps.
Oh I see.....
Btw When does fall begin?

WHAT? people don't use that? Its the best thing since sliced bread.
I use it so much that i have to take time out to sort though and delete all the brushes that are building up.
PS. the brush window thing needs work still, scroll bars, and i noticed a little delete bug the other day.
I don't use StarForge for terrain, sadly. I love isometric terrain's more natural feel, and StarForge kills it off. I only use it for finalization of maps, and by that time I've already made any special terrain effects in SCMDraft 2. If only StarForge saved the ISOM section...
starforge as of version 2.0 does not remove the ISOM section of the map. Come on i thought you would know this Nozomu.
Oop, really? Where have I been? I'm getting too old to keep up with this stuff.
Edit: Holy crap, this is great. The square terrain is way tighter than SCMDraft 2's terrain, and I can switch between SCXE and StarForge easily if I need isometric. I feel like I've been in a closet or something, how could I not know this?
I really like the stairs part, I've seen the mountain done somewhere, as with the bridges. The pyramids are stunning, great job.
LoL thats exactly what i was thinking "how could Nozomu not know this" Its on the list of features for SF v2.0
When you make a map (make it in SCXE) save somewhere what terrain it was (example: dirt). Then if after making square terrain you want to get isometric terrain again just go to SF and using the square terrain make it of the same type that it was (example: dirt).
Also SF's isometric terrrain doesn't use ISOM, so it is a bit diferent:
I liked the pyramids most, because the rock structures near the bottom looks choppy. A nice effect.
See what bordem does to us all!

Nice bridge and stairways BattleAxe. Yes, boredom always gets you doing stuff.
Yes, Boredom does get to you.
DAmmit, dont protect maps here! its so inconvient!
Edit: Especially when it aint great
Permanent disruption webs aren't cool?
Thought they would be.
Oh my god thats the coolest thing i have ever seen!!!
NOT. Maybe ill go downstairs load over my map to the
USB-disk and upload it here. Maybe..
sarcasim....... unlocl the map man...
what do u mean by mabey its not like u have anything to hide???
Just a bunch of disruption web sprites (units can't be overlapped, can they?).
well its good terrain i might use it for a map
