Naw I belive its gona come last. Blizzard is still focused on there main universe warcraft and since starcraft ghost is on hold they wont probaly come back till they finish that new WoW then they will proboly do WCIX then DB3 then SC:Ghost then SC2. Or starcraft 2 could simply be a modified version of warcrafts game engine because starcraft is just a modifed version of it.

Remember when SC first came out ppl accused it of being warcraft in space, so blizzard completely changed it. I don't think they would go back to the idea of it being Warcraft in space.

Yeah, because think of how popular a search for StarCraft 2 is. Almost anyone who's played StarCraft has tried going to starcraft2.com. They don't want a rival company redirecting that URL to say, Command and Conquer or something.

Well let's think about it this way, Blizzard has 3 unannounced titles and they're suddenly hiring RTS designers. Now we know WoW and D3 aren't RTS so that leaves Warcraft, Starcraft or a new series.

Welcome To Oldcraft

Were technology sucks and you fight with swords and spears.
Choose from 4 races. Each with one trashy unit. Like the chairiot.

Egyptians: Can build pyramids and gain resourceses much faster and specialty are bows and arrows.

Roman Empire: Units are expensive but if the enenmy isnt good at defences his base might be yours.

Babylon: In the rule of King Nechabzeucher his units are built in seconds but mostly are to weak when fighting on there own.

Common Earth Republic: Different from all the rest this republic is known as weak,strong and resourceful. Mainly really on heros to aid there units.

The best part about is that there are more units and weapons to choose from. Even change the weapons there holding from sword to bow and arrow to even pelter. You need more then just 2 resources because you will have to gather water from streams,crystals and gold which are later converted into weapons and food and lumber gathered for buildings and recruits.

3 projects is quite a lot so we can hope that Starcraft 2 is one of them as for the others I wouldn't mind seeing a Diablo 3 or a new franchise.

I want StarCraft II to be released before Diablo III and WarCraft IV.

You are a fool. PS3/360=bad RTS platform. Wii might be good, but nothing is better than the good old PC. Besides, we wouldn't have as in-depth map editors if Blizzard did that.

Yeah about that. It will never go on the PC because blizzard P*ssed some of there fans off by saying there taking a break off the PC starcraft world and going on to platform systems.

StarCraft: Ghost is for consoles.
StarCraft II is for PC.

ADDITION:
I dunno why they cancelled the GameCube version.

Nintendo has made the modem and broadband adapters for the GameCube.
But they said it was incompatible.

Blizzard could re-release it for the PS3/Xbox360/Wii

PS3 is made by Sony
Xbox360 is made by Microsoft
Wii is made by Nintendo

Goose, calm down and cool off the caps. As for Starcraft Ghost, that's been cancelled, it's not happening anytime for any system. Blizzard wasn't even the company making it, Swinging Apes was, therefore it wouldn't have been as good as their other games. I think Starcraft II will be announced this year at E3 since there's no other game they could possibly be making.

. It wasn't cancelled, its on indefinate hold (meaning that they could finish it or get back to it at anytime) Starcraft 2 could be announced now,tommorrow or in 25 years but it doesnt exist. No actual proof has come to say like "Blizzard has announced Starcraft II" or "In Devolpment is Starcraft II" or even the most popular "Guess whats coming to E3, Starcraft II" all we can do is hope. Besides warcraft was here first and thats what started starcraft so you can't all be mad but starcraft is an modified engine of warcraft II.
