Even without knowing the flaws of Mac OSX, I am still pretty confident saying Mac OSX is more secure than Windows (XP) is.

That's like saying a Switzerland is safer than Israel. It's not because Switzerland has a better military, it's because they have no enemies.

Yeah, in this machine i have a cheap 3.06ghz celeron. It compiles linux (TCCBOOT) slower than my laptop (1.4ghz Pentium M (a bullet, i swear)).
Strangely, the only processors that can run OS X with little modification are Cores and Celeron Ds, like this one.

A celeron of that high of a clock speed would be based on the Pentium 4 architecture, which is very inefficient compared to the Pentium M architechure.

Except that it isn't like saying that at all. I've heard that Macintosh has some way of isolating different areas that makes it much harder for viruses to damage the computer.

Well, first you have to decide exactly which shell, then you have to decide which terminal emulator if you're in X
