Why would it matter the way youy die? You are going to die anyways...
You can burn until you die, or you die while you sleep. THAT's the same! You will die anyways!!!

If someone were to kill someone, and get a death penalty, that's just more killing... why wouldnt they ban it

Because those who killed that person would keep killing more and more people!

If you're a suspected murderer - prison is hell. It isn't as nice as the media has you believe. I mean, sure, you get free food and drink, but sex offenders and murderers get the crap kicked out of them at prison.

If there is no death penalty, the murderers who go to prison for life and can't be cured or straightened out will just try to kill other prisoners. So they will be endangering the others. The criminal can't be kept in solitary forever.

True, but there are usually efforts to rehabilitate criminals in prison.

Six months is like a drop in the bucket; the court system can be so slow that it could take a decade or two or even more just to clear someones name while they sit on death row. Half a year is barely a prison sentence.
