Well I can see a problem with turning to total nuclear power. One plant has a meltdown, they all do!

You know, according to the incas, they predicted the end of the world to be exactly on December 26, 2012
And yes i really am worried about our earths natural resources. Soon the world will run out of oil and the only spot of earth with a huge amount of oil left would be antarctica. We'll be having a huge war over that neutral continent. But i think by that time, armageddon would have came already.

Not like the power plants were very well designed in the 70' anyway...
They only started to use it cuz, 1, they didn't know the dangers and 2, they needed alot of energy... Fast.

I learned in my Bio class that there are cars invented to run on water. The only problem to that is that water is expensive...useable water anyways... And if our resources do run out, i am pretty sure that we will advance in technology to find other alternative resources to keep the future Human Generation living. Wheter it be going to another planet or something...

That is completely wrong, there's not a planet in our solar system that we can live in and there might not be another planet in universe that we can live in it (although that's improbable) so it'll take A LOOONG TIME to colonize on other planets.

Mars sucks, it's a total wasterland. We'll soon learn that there were an intergalactic war and Mars was ravaged by bombs and is gone, they then got to earth and colonizated it with humans.
Now we're making dumb theories about everything around not even doupting of the most obvious things.

This reminds me a bit about the game Fallout. It's a post-apocalyptic rpg.
The world was running out of resources so nations fought for them.
Canada annexed the US.
There was a nuclear war.
There were places called vaults where people were safe from the effects of the nuclear bombing.
Other than in the vaults, the world got pretty screwed up.. turned into a wasteland and creatures got messed up. People used bottlecaps as currency, etc.
Anyway back on topic... I think if we can't do anything about resources soon, our world may end up somewhat similar to Fallout. There could be wars over resources (such as oil in Antartica, as mentioned before) and if there comes a nuclear war, this world is screwed. We need to get on Mars sometime before this happens. I think Fallout was a good prediction of the future. Look already, one of the reasons Bush invaded Iraq (or so some people think) is so that we can get oil. I think that if we can drill deeper into the Earth, though, we can find more oil... and possibly discover new metals. (There might be metals we haven't discovered yet lying in wait in the mantle and core)

Actually, Mars could be terraformed to be made livable, it would just take a long time. Also I agree with that guy up there, isnt water a renewable resource?

Mars does have a source of water, but we are not able to live on that planet because of the atmosphere.

yea mars doesn't have an atmosphere so we coulden't live on it....
but recent studies have proven that a moon of saturn called Titan might have an atmosphere, the probablem is it would be to small, and it's to cold to live on.. unless we fing a way to heat it up the the only probelems would be the size, and the travel... traveling there would be hard
but even if we run out of recorses we would find a way.. unless another presidents ****s everything up

i dont think earth's resources will ever run out... Jesus will come back before that happens... and then after He comes back the world is going to be destroyed... so if the resources are going to run out at all, it will be the day the earth is completely annihiliated!
