The true test of your computer is doing a liquify filter effect on a 3000x3000 px transparent in photoshop, rendering a abstract image with a material in cinema 4d at the same time.
Running minor programs, such as games does not take much computer resources
Anyways, everyone, there is away to turn off most spyware and adware if you have it on ur computer, other then that u'll have to reformat
here are some of the things that i did...
1. start > run > msconfig > startup programs ---- turn off any program that you don't want to be run when your computer starts.
2. www.webroot.com > download spysweeper (spybot search and destroy works too)
3. reformat
4. I got 2 hard drives now , one hold my system files and the other one holds all my important stuff, so if I ever get all that
on my computer I can just reformat my system hard drive. cool huh***secret option 5::: don't go to porn sites

I have spysweeper, Mcaffe firewall, and spybot search and destroy but i have these 'cookies' that keep coming back.!!

i hate it and i use ad-aware pro to get rid of it

I use Yahoo's Spyware toolbar. It works good. But, theres a problem with it. It will only scan in common areas, So if you have spyware and it doesn't pick it up then your basicly scewed!

Adware? Spyware? I (beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee)ing hate those things. They seem to infect every computer i'v had. Luckily, with some work, Spybot S&D as well as AdAware took care of them. UNLUCKILY, my internet settings are quite restricted to keep junk out. I even went and did a regedit check and edited one of the junk stuff's registry.

the people that do that kind thing are retards and need to be gassed because its really not fare to some people, for god sakes i don't even go to porn sites or download any but i still get loads of it, the protection i have is yahoo spyware remover thanks to t-s 
but really what do you get out if it? Fun? not for the people that half to put up with the , and even though you don't have any (witch you probally do but you dun know about it) you should still hate it due to the fact that if some one gives you a file its possibly being traced. then you will half to put up with it.
