Does ad ware and spy ware piss u off as much as me!? It makes my comp slower when im on this site and it changes my homepage. I have a few anti virus thingys but the comes back over and over again

I LOVE adware and spyware! All they do is NOT slow down my computer, harvest computer resources, and send off vital information to third party companies! <3

I don't hate it because I actually take control of my computer and kill it. (and haven't gotten any that caused real problems yet)

I got a really fast PC and I have like 10 of those backgorund programs at once + SEN + WCIII(Full Resolution) + Bw and it odn't lag one bit.

I like it because it helps keep out of my computer and does help it against all that bad stuff.

THAT is why you get mozilla, or any other browser than Netscape and IE. Too many security holes... Plus a good firewall works... but i never get spyware even with it off. The only way that i will get it is if my sister clicks on links and such...

I scan my comp weekly for spyware and delete it if there is any.

Salad is siply mad...Anyways, I just found an anti-ad ware software which is called adware...weird.
It works 40% of the time, way better than the one I'm using.

Sala just sees things his own way. Anyhow. The bigger issue, is how much spyware SEN puts on your computer!

I don't hate spyware and adaware because i never get it. Those of you who have problems with it, I recommend you get Bitdefender and Spy Sweeper. Those prgrams notify you of any changes to homepage,registry,instillation, everything. For removing spy ware i use Spybot search and destroy. Works like a charm =D. One thing i DO hate however is queers who post bs and have nothing positive to say. Salacious get a life plz k thx =D.

Dawgs foolproof combination for not getting spyware....

(1)Scan your pc with ad-aware every single day. Quarentine the files because if you dont they will keep reinstalling and make you lag.

(2)Dont use internet explorer.

(3)Kazaa is a giant spyware factory. Whenever i play sc it gave me popups and screwed up my game.

1.) Ad-Aware is crap. Its database sucks.

2.)I use IE and my method keeps stuff off of my system.

3.)Kazaa is crap...Kazaa Lite has less but it is still crap. Use Suprnova instead of kazaa.

(1) Ad-awares database is updated like every 4 days.

(2) I used to use spybot. Its great that it tells me whenever registry entries are changed but im not a big fan of having a message pop up everytime something changes.

I hate adware and spyware. I have a slow comp and 56k (used to have 14.4k). My comp starts lagging and sometimes crashes because of spyware and adware. I have a program to block that stuff, but it causes me to lag anyway and makes me unable to do certain things, like log on to SEN. Spyware does the same thing as a trojan horse virus and should be banned. Some smartasses are using spyware to get into government computers. That is not cool and could cause seriouse problems. My spyware (cloaked non-attack unit) and virus (cloaked attack unit) death combo:
(1) Spysweeper (scanner sweep, scourge, and infested terran)
(2) Ghost Surf (ghost and armed nuclear silo)
(3) Windows Security Center for service pack 2 (invisible bunkers surrounding my comp)
(4) Norton Antivirus (goliath and siege mode siege tank)

Spysweeper and Ghost Surf mess up my computer when they are both on. (nuke killes all units except ghost or infested terran kills ghost)
