Yes, Thanks for posting that Farty...

Now that you know what it look's like Yoshi, You can decide if you want to add it to the new store in version 5 of staredit.

That is if there is still going to be a store.

Now that i know what it looks like, I'm glad I dont have IE so I can't possibly see anything that annoying.

There will still be a store, however we're thinking of more items to put in, that you may suggest. Rule of thumb is, cross compatible browsers is a must, and not annoying moving stuff like that glowing stuff. It also can't obviously be rigged, crappy looking etc.

We can add just about anything via the store, like maybe extend the number of PMs you can hold, and so on.

Yea, I was having second thought on that, It started to get annoying. So, You can still use the idea if you wish...

Maybe an item that let's you buy a clan forum - which also requires premission.
This way, hosted clan forums need to praticipate to buildup minerals for the clan. But of course, spammage might occur...

In the "Map Making Assistance" forum, people will ask for help, someone will say how, they say "ok it worked, thanks". So then they have what they need.
What happens to that topic? People just keep repeating the same thing

Ignore up there, read here down.
Make it so that someone (someone specific) can go through the MMA forum and lock the topics that have been answered. Then it would reduce the amount of repeating posts after it has been solved. (Just be sure it is solved)

That is a good point and would reduce a lot of spam. However, there are times when someone posts something else that is very useful and helps the person a lot. There are other times when the same person asks different questions in the same topic. Would you want the forum to be flooded with topics just because one person wanted to ask a question after their topic was locked?

We have more than enough moderators for the MMA forum. If they feel the need for a topic to be locked, then they will lock it.

In the next version, is the tutorial database keeper allowed to create a category that is hidden? Such as a garbage can so I don't actually delete it incase I feel the need to bring it back or accidentally deleted it?

I was thinking of something... In Map Making Assistance, Who ever made the topic, And get's the help they needed from the person. And the person that got the help from the person, Gets to give the person 5 or 2 minerals.

If you posted something worth while, you get minerals for it. You don't need to get extra minerals for helping someone. You help people because you want to, not because you get minerals for it.

After a certain amount of inactivity, they automatically lock. See page 5 and 6 of the MMA.

I have only seen 1 that was locked because it was solved.

And everything automatically locks after a long time. I'm saying lock it so it doesn't become a topic of spam and repeating.

I don't hate you. But the question has been answered like 30 times now, you people need to learn how to search before you ask questions. The answers are there, stop being lazy and expecting them to be handed to you and look for them for once.
Report, edit, etc...Posted by Snipe on 2005-05-22 at 13:05:56
if people are willing to answer then whats the harm, as i said there was alot writen and was hard to find it was just a question not a plot to kill someone

I dont think you get it. Have you ever used the search button? It searches for POSTS that contain the words you typed up. You didnt have to search all 17 pages. Duh
