They're quite far, but things like the DLDB and tutorials aren't done, and IP seems to be taking a break. Another month or two, I suspect.

For a new image concept:
Perhaps make the site darkers and more of the SC color scheme. SC is a pretty darkly lit game, and this is the brightest SC site ive ever seen. Along with SC-themed forum icons, perhaps you could do a black/gold or some other darkish color scheme. Green seems to be a bit out of place on a site like this.

i think they should of made v5 look different then v4 but not to dark cuz then its ugly.. v5 at least should be changed a little

Everything should be greyscale. It takes less time to load than colorscale and its sexay!
On second thought no, don't do that. Something you should change though is that supposed post backgrounds with the 30% opacity PNG image is that it should be centered on the post, not have it alligned to the left side. This is only from screenshots that I saw that I base this suggestion.

You can align the post background, right, center, top, bottom, anywhere, and also choose whether it repeats or not.

i love that idea... have something like how many maps theyve made and/or posted and how much there on...
my suggestion would be bring some of the stuff back, like armys(mabey) and the arcade, and bring back that lil window that showed who was on bnet channel op sen...

the suggestion is in the picture.
what the?... SeN doesn't accept bmp... would it be possible for SeN v5 to accept bmp?
here is the picture in jpg. i know there is the file attachments thing, but that has a limit as to how much stuff u can attach, well with this, you wouldn't have to place pictures in the attachments and waste space.

Actually, it is. We don't allow BMPs at the moment because they're too space consuming. But in v5, we can make a built in BMP -> JPG converter.
ADDITION:
By the way, wer're not changing the layout too much. We're keeping the same green/black/white/gray color scheme. Why fix what isn't broken?

Okay, sorry if this has been suggested before, but lately I've been seeing many EUD related questions in map assistance about what EUD's are, and how to do certain things in EUD. I think there should be a SUBforum in the Map Assistance forum, just for EUD related questions. I think it would cut down on some of the clutter, and it would be a place for people to ask EUD only questions, and experts at EUD to help others.

How about added tutorial sections such as a section for Glitches & Tricks that can be performed in a game. I would contribut to this section & could get some help from members @ CreepColony.com. Legacy informed me that Death Knight already had an unreleashed tutorial for this. Maybe stuff could be added to it, or before its release.

I've unbelievably read all of those pages. And now I've got feedback. But first of all.
I find this mortifyingly hilarious.
Anyways, my suggestions.
1. Making Picture icons for specific groups would seem to me, a lot more easier to seperate who belongs where. This has mostly to do with members of Clans on SEN and the SEN map making team. They don't have to be large, probably no bigger than 15x15 pixels. It'd be nice to know while browsing through if they were in a SEN-Forum-Clan or Team. (This can also include Mods and Admins of course)
2. A "Maps Created" Section in profile. When I look into someone's profile, it'd be nice to know what maps the person has on DLDB, possibly what rating they have also. Perhaps an average rating for maps too. It works the other way around in DLDB when I click on the author name and it goes to the profile, but I don't get to go back O_o.
3. AKA Log would be useful due to the "free-name change" thing. You could have a section in the profile where the person had past names and the person could manage it themselves, should they want to keep it private. But don't let them change any. They should have a log and a checkbox next to each past name saying "Keep Private".
4. Spotlight Map recognition on the DLDB. There could be a nice little section on the map description page for maps featured on Map Spotlight. It could have the little description that you guys made for it someplace and have a little icon next to the map name, so when people browse through the map list, they can also see if it's featured or not. Including a section in DLDB featuring all of the spotlight features. (Feauturing the features. I crack myself up.[/lame])
