I pesonally think the weight system sounds completely and totally stupid. What puprose does it serve other to slow down a player and piss them off? Realism? You might not've noticed, but Starcraft's engine is not particularly realistic (nor is this map).

it's not really realism... if you had weights on, you could drag it along, push it along, or make a cart to pull it along

Ive been lacking so much on the typed updates in the offical first thread, that when I do update it finnally, it will probably double or triple the information...

I dread when that day comes... Lol

Well, not just terrain, there are many systems still being developed including special effects, boss systems, and other major additions like the Arena and Docks...

So did you ever fix it from crashing me? I remember you saying something about it sometime, but I was busy at the moment, so I don't really recall what you said.

Anyway, if your using the boss system that c1728p9 did, I think I can improve on it a little, if he hasn't already improved it more... (Mainly I've found a good effect for it. Fits nicely) wink.gif That system alone would make the map pwn. Anyway, I'll simply keep the other people in the dark about what I'm talking about.

c17 promissed some more spell ideas to be completed tonight, I will have to see where that ends up....

I am also working with Kaboom and C17 on a Diplo version of this map but with a completely different system using dropship options.

Right now I am mainly, to be honest, taking a break, I want to get in some more triggers before I complete continant 2. I also just did some blends on Continant 2 and think I will scratch most of it... Lol.

Wow. I think I'm going to be too entranced in the terrain to pay attention to some enemies pwning my ass.

But anyways, I look forward to the gameplay being up to par with the terrain. It appears that it will be, however, so I guess I shouldn't worry about that. Consistancy is the key.

Haha, its funny because nobody considers Tactical Paths proffesional at all.
Although it wasn't. It was a map I made in about a week that I made simply to have the first actual map with extended terrain.

ermm.gif At least do something on it... Breaks are killer things to get out of, for me at least.
