This map is just Depression RPG with another name. Since I quit production, Wooden has taken over. And now he's re-doing the ideas that he and I made. Anyway, good luck with this.

Are there any kind of EUD conditions?

What kinds of items, level systems, classes?

My brother says that although you have none of that yet, you have a MASSIVE amount of terrain.
I'll be willing to help you with any amount of triggers of any kind of complexity.

That is some sick terrain...
And I have a feeling that you've only added more since you let Doodle DL that map.

But wow, I think this is one of the only times the terrain will make a map.

I have finished the first contenent at around 90% to give way for remodeling if needbe. I am going to start on systems spiraling out from the vender systems. I have set up the tight vender systems which are going to become very succesful thanks to the small pixel tensity of normal and hero zerglings. I will work on the first inn's identificational system, talk/help, and use/disable talk/help systems. I will work on all upgrade systems, barracks respawn/ajustment centers, and start work on ether/potion/tent shops. The work on the Inn will force me to work on the nightmare/dream storyquest system to actively enforce past events and background detail as well as current feelings and emotions. I will probably finnallize the three different heroes, start levelups, max mana, mana regeneration, ether use, and research EUD conditions to activate health potions. Pheonix Down's will be created, as well as Tomb Stone deaths. Hopefully I will get all of this done today and continue storyline developement. I will also be starting work on a list and details of spells and abilities heroes use, as well as the level at which they gain the skill.

EUD conditions for health potions isnt very effective, since you would need to make a condition for every health the unit can have to be exact (100 HP unit would need 100 conditions, or a bit less if you set it to 'at most 50 hp' assuming it's a 50 health potion. Then you need to do that over again for each different potion) Also, you need to know exact unit number. (not unit type number, the order the unit was placed in number) Uses way too many triggers to be useful in my opinion though.

Sidenote : Rantent, I concider myself your "student," and love your blends on A Tale Of Destiny. I saw a picture of some of that terrain with buildings and such in it somewhere on SEN, could I have a link to that thread/picture? Studying your work, I have learned extended over a year ago, and now I complete complex systems of ramps, caves, cliffs, lakes, rivers, oceans, islands, and any land formation let possable with spriteless blends. Being that I have a good number of complex blends, I now collec them, redo them, enhance them, and mold them together to do what I need.

I hope you see my RPG in the future Rantent.

Nook and Crannies error comes up when you have coated a map with more then the maxium byte limit for terrain. You see, normal terrain, like flat, fully accessable pices require very low bytes, an example would be 1-10, where as with pieces that are more complex, they requires accessive amounts of information to do what they do in the SC map, an examble would be 100-1000.

1-10 or 100-1000, you can fill a map up with cliff tops and bottoms and get the Nook's and crannies error message, this is the seconds map I have scrapped because of premature nook & crannies messages. Depression RPG original/Intro Of Crescent Dyne was 42% done when this error happened.

I don't get it, I make a map of 1026-2 (according to the numbers at the top of the SF terrain pallete), and it's perfectly normal.
Could you show me a map that has that error? Becuase I think once people know more about it, it might be possible to remedy it in some way (like DK making some kinda 3rd party program).
