the death penility should be realeased on Rappists and Money Frauders and certain tpyes of killers. the ones with problems in there head you really cant blame seeing that they are skitofranaic.... only the killers that arnt really insane sholud be killed.

The only against I've got against it is the fact that the latest U.S. Pres already tried to appoint conservative judges to those places. (That stunt was tried even before the elections.)
And to me, if that was pulled many rights (abortion n' gay marriage for instance) would get an unjust turn-around. Imparciality is a must to that exact job and conservatives let their inborn values temper to much with it for my common taste.

Recall that Spain just recently (last Sunday, 20/0272005) voted for EU Constitucional Law and it passed the referendum. It prob'ly wouldn't be as hard to pull in the U.S.
Yup. Do believe so. That's why they sometimes have those 'kind' terms to refer to one-another such as redneck n' others worse. They sometimes can get a little too far-out on that ID'ing to their home state.
We have similars here to name each others according to countries on even regions, unfortunetly.

Money frauders gettin' Death Penalty? Did they hurt (physically) anyone? Then why puttin'em together with psychopats, such as serial killers and related caliber that enjoy hurting others? Get your concepts a tad tweaking before posting b**ls**t such as that, please.

I think that all countries have negative stereotypes of people from different regions. It is certainly the case in Britain, despite its small size. We must have hundreds of ideas about people from areas, e.g.
People from Birmingham (Brummies): Thick, boring.
People from Liverpool (Liverpudlians): Criminals.
People from Glasgow/Millwall: Drunken thugs.
People from London: Rude, arrogant.
People who live in the countryside: Upper-class fox-murderers.
People from the Westcountry: Farmers.
The Welsh: Are on intimate terms with sheep.
The Scottish: Fat and bad-tempered.
The Irish: Terrorists, religious fanatics.
We've got tons more because we are essentially snobs who like to stereotype people.
