QUOTE(Star-Chris)
it was actually weapons of mass destruction which can be gas weapons too. There has been an increase in jobs now, more then clinton's time. Every president has had to use sheets to read their speech from. Clinton didn't do anything better then Bush has done, Bill Gates is the reason why part of the economy went up.
These
SCUD's? Gimme a break!

And if take the time to check upon employment statistics over at your own State (statistics) site you'll see that shortly after G.W.Bush took power they began to go downhill. At least 'till recently before the latest elections. Same applies n' goes for the Clinton stopping the unemployment recession that grassed over before he took the admin. Next time before spewing lines like those please check upon what you speak of with the knowledge of fact.

(I don't recall it exactly but am leaned to say that the same went for the economic statistic factor during the same time period, as the exact above mentioned.)
Written over 2 years ago, still relevent.

I'm not even going to try to reason with some of the posts here, since A, in past experience people have been too thick to follow logic, and B, everything I could ever want to say about Iraq is in that essay (with the exception of new proofs that the war was unjustly faught).
I post it because I think it will be helpful, not to have a debate over.
I could say the same about you
the essay is, by a random person on the internet, proofs can be manipulated and untrue.
Clearly you didn't read it. The essay relates to Iraq and how American people have become too lazy to look past the very first source of information they find. It's about seeking out the truth, instead of just believing all the propaganda being shoved down your throats. Propaganda is a part of war, I can think of no time when it wasn't. The fact that it counters every point effectivly using the knowledge that history often repeats itself. If you're too lazy to read it you're only proving the essay's point.
oh I read it, you have no basis for saying I didn't. And I get my information from Brad Jenison, a ranger assistant 60 gunner. He has been to Iraq twice. Many of my beliefs about the war is based on my questions I have asked him about the people and culture and his own experiences. I like getting unfiltered information, unlike you guys who only listen to left wing liberal information. Heres a tip, look at both kinds of people on information, left and right, see their points and decide for your self. And it appears that you only look at left wing crap.
...he draws conclusions from hard facts, and the fact that this has all happened before. You didn't read it, or you might be able to see that the facts are taken from original sources. You get all your information from one soldier, do you really think soldiers aren't taught to believe they're doing the right thing? It's the same for all countries.
I don't care anymore, believe what you want, it won't affect me.
I have known brad jenison all my life, seeing as he is the same age as my older brother and lives accross the street from me. I you are STUPID to think I was asking him about political topics. I asked him about the PEOPLE and CULTURE!!!! ahhhh god its so hard to talk with people like you. I asked him about the iraqis and their culture and what he has observed over the 9 months in total he has been there (one 6 month tour and then another 3 month tour). I didn't ask him about his thoughts about the war and why we are there etc..
I'm confused... Who is this Brad Jennison and what does he have to do with Iraq?

Brad Jenison is a friend of mine who lives accross the street from me. He grew up with my older brother and is 22 years old right now. Hes an Army Ranger assistant 60 gunner who has been first to Aphganistan, and then to Iraq, then he came home and now hes back in Iraq.
