but.......they dont. they dont use peoples fear. they just made a sugestion...and people run over other people to do it. but what is it? there not holding there families hostige..... there not puting a gun to there head....... there not offering them anything. they just say, "lets do this" and people do it, with out question, with out even thinking about it....they jsut do it. i have seen people do it, they just say " go" and they go........where dose it come from........?

do you feel better now? yes, he was an example, but he is not an example of what i was saying. and i dont want this to turn into a " Hitler is the :poo:!!!" topic. yes, at first he just made a sujestion and it took hold. i think by the end he realy didnt want to be in it anymore.....but were not talking about him anymore. im talking aobut those people, regular peole that dont get all the fame, can just say "Go and do" and it is done. what do they have that other people dont........ thats what im trying to finger out...

Some people are born leaders because they know how to please people.
If you give people what they want they recognize you as a provider. It is an instinct to follow someone who can provide for you, mostly because you cant do it for yourself.
Leaders are basically people who are better at something than most other people are.
Alpha male = male who is most powerful. Will protect better. Will have better offspring. Can get food easier. Etc....

First of all, I don't see what's wrong with my example.
I'm saying that my belief is that people have power over others because:
They know how to poke and prod at the others through speeches about what they want and don't want
or
They know what they want and they have it, they know what they don't want and they know how to make sure that what they don't want isn't.

Hitler is an example of the first, someone's boss is an example of the second.
As for your "just saying 'go' and they'll do it", it can be for several reasons.
It could be an example of either the first or the second, or it could be something other than power, just a lack of attention on the commanded person's part.
If you for some reason hate any mention of Hitler in any scenario for any reason, then it's not my problem. Get over it.

Knowing a thing or two about a thing or two gives you power. For instance, say you got involved in a legal problem. You left your kid alone at the house and someone called the cops. Now, if you knew nothing about the legal system, custody laws, people in general, then they'd probably roll over you with little effort and you'll lose your kid to social services, or have some other restriction.

But if you DO KNOW some things about the above items, then you'd have the ability to combat their advances and either win or come out with little loss.

Also, like in SC, if you know what all the different races do and your opponent only specializes in one, then you'd use that weakness against him.

If you go to college and get a degree in a certain field, and a company involved in that field is hiring, then you're way more likely to get the job over someone who knows little or nothing about it.
