Religion is the root of all evil. It corrupts people, twists them and contorts them. It controls people and uses people. People are evil, and look who created religion. People did. Thus, religion is evil.
Look around you, look at your religious friends. Are they twisted, corrupt people who promote evil deeds? Do they run around with guns in their hands? Do they make hostile threats towards people? (trying to convert you isn't a hostile threat unless they have a gun pointed at your head). Most of them shouldn't be like that. Infact, more religious people in this world are caring, loving, and peaceful than are they corrupt and evil. Some of Christianity's fundamental principles are to be a caring person and to love one another and be forgiving of others. Doesn't sound corrupt doesn't it? More people have benefited from religion than are actually harmed from it.

Dont give me the bullcrap that, "RELGION ISN'T EVIL. ITS THE PEOPLE THAT ARE EVIL". We are the people! WE ARE EVIL! RELIGION WAS CREATED BY EVIL PEOPLE.

Ah so therefore, EVERYTHING is evil. The very house you live in, the very computer you're looking at right now, is evil since they were all created by us evil people. So if we see religion as evil in that way, we would see everything as evil. If we want to get rid of religion because it was created by evil people, then we should get rid of EVERYTHING because they're all created by evil people.
You can't just blatantly exclaim that religion is bad because of who created it. You have to look and see what religion
is, what religion
promotes, and what religion
teaches. You have to see what the subject is about to determine whether it's good or bad, not who the subject's creator is.
What you people are doing is finding every possible excuse to have such unfound hatred towards religion. Why are you doing this? What are you hoping to gain out of doing such things like this. If you guys wanna prove that a person can be moral without being religious, I suggest you start by stop desperately trying to find every little excuse to have such bitter animosity towards religion. That'll better convince us and the rest of the world that morality can be achieved without religion.
