Definately in Resident Evil II. Remember when you were walking back through that hall with the boards and the holes in the wall after getting a key? The arms reach out of the holes and grab on to you. Scariest thing EVER. I was like 10 at the time.. I think maybe back in the year 1999 or 2000...We had the dual shock version ^_^.
Tomb raider II and III had some freaky moments in them. In the Temple of Xian (Or relatively close) there was a crapload of traps and enemies. Pressing a switch, then seeing the screen shake, and you turn around and *SMASH*. A boulder just pancaked you. That game has some awesome memories.. that was like a decade ago too..

And I also thought that the part in RE4 when I was trapped between two ladies with chainsaw and I had no where to go. Ashley was with me and was being threatened constantly, I was running out of Shotgun ammos, out of granades, and three wierd headed zombies attacking me... I crapped my pants there too...

okey...uh...no....
the scariest moment of FF7 was the first time you go into the mansion(and you have no idea that sephiroth is in there) and well...he just like...there.....it was scary..

Hey.. that happened to me too.
FEAR is by far the scarriest game ever made. I have to take like 20 minute breaks througought the entire game (i still havnt finished it).

Redsent evil 2, back when i was smaller. The police station allways sceared me. There are a couple of parts which scare me the most, first, when i was walking down one of the halls, there were hands sticking out of the borded windows, which creeped me out since i was playing at night. The second part was when the lickers came down from the vents and attacked you... It was scary for a while, but then i got used to it...

The one moment on DOOM when you step on that big button on the ground with a circle and a X in it. It all turns black and there's evil things around you that starts to kill you. That moment was when I was very little, I must have been played it when I was six years old or something like that, and that scared the hell outta me.

When I was real young, I played the game clock tower. Only way I could play it at night, was with the sound off.
