I got this idea after replaying the FEAR demo and realized how many games have struck fear into my heart. It can be a scarry game, or facing a very hard boss. I would have to be split between that little girl in FEAR (God that was really werid at the end) and hearing a chainsaw rev in RE4, I hated that.
How about yours?
Back when Half-life came out and you were close to dying while enemys were jumping out from everywhich way.
Re4-- I was walking down the long hallway with all the jail cells, and I heard this shuffling noise, like those spikey zombies make.
I checked all the cells, nothing, then, when I reached the end of the hall, BAM, the zombie attacked me from behind.
It had been following me the whole time and I didn't see it.
That happened to me when I was doing a co-op in Halo 2 when a huge brute got me in the back.
in FF9...i was climbing down a rope. and then a red dragon blew down the wall, i didnt expect it...i got a game over

I remember my friend overwriting my game save in FFX when he started a new game

.
Back when I was like, 9-10 and played the first Silent Hill. The beginning creeped me out.
In Muppet Treasure Islands, when Gonzo lit a stick of dynamyte in the room, I was so afraid of what was going to happen, so I pressed alt-f4 and never played that game again, out of fear.
Uh...
Gaming please.

RE 4, when I had to fight the first Iron Maiden (Regenerator with Spikes) And I ran outta Rifle Ammo. Luckily, I could kill it with a grenade, which I found odd since I couldn't kill Regenerators with them.
What the hell is that?!
When I was like 10 ish and I was trying to do the Shadow Temple/Bottom of the Well in LoZ: Ocarina of Time. It was dark >.>
LOL, THAT SCARED YOU TOO!?
I scariest game for me is Doom 3, at least when you play it late at night

no. the scariest thing is "F.E.A.R. and playing starcraft watching "probert the probe series" is the scariest things.
When in AVP2 I was with a friend in MP is a dark hall, all the sudden we hear predator roar when they chop off the head. I was just like "HOLY SH1T RUN RUN RUN!" Next thing we know there's like 5 aliens chasing after us, we were back pedaling and just firing like so mad down the hall we eventually die. Best. moment. ever.

Huh.. I find it kind of sexy...
Haha, this one time me and my friend were playing RE4, and a Regenerator was closing in. My friend, who was playing, aimed his shotgun. Then he pressed the fire button, nothing happen. Leon went out of aiming position and the Regenerator pwned him.
Controller ran out of batteries.
Probably when I was younger and I was playing Legend of Zelda: OoT, and those humping-like zombies came and attached to adult Link

OMG, THAT WAS SO SCARY WHEN I WAS A KID!
Dude, that scared me so much, expecially when they made the screeching noise. That alone might be the reason why I never finished the game as a kid.
Or when the Wallmaster's shadow was forming around Link and your like "HOLY SH!T IT'S GONNA GRAB ME" and then it picks you up and throws you back at the beginning of the dungeon. -.-
Like the whole Half-Life game, I like pass out of fear when I see those things that hang from the ceilings that grab you and eat you. I still get the creeps when I paly the game. o.O
Oh yes, when I was younger I was incredibly scared of both the dragons in the dungeon in the mountain (In LoZ:OoT), and the zombies that attacked you at night.
Silent Hill 3 when you go into that Freaky ass bathroom lookin place, you Look into the mirror and everything around you starts fading and your Image in the mirror likes scary as hell looking
