Just to start off, T.s.u.k.a.s.a there could be no way for it to be contained because everything is made out of matter. Im pretty sure they didnt discover anti matter anyway. The only thing that I thing would be a good war machine is a Metal Gear. Either Metal gear Ray or Rex. They are single person operated; have nuclear capablities; they are subtle; can travel under water, on land, or in the air; and they look badass.

Yeah, WTH indeed. We're talking technological behemoths that can level entire cities here, not viruses that cause computers to explode. If you want to destroy a computer, just detonate a nuke; the resulting EMP shockwave will fry all electronics within the given radius.

It is plausible, but pointless, if you know what I mean. What's the point of building a war machine if it will just make more wars instead of ending them?
