I haven't read everything, but this thought popped into my head.
This still is not acceptable, so one day I could do something extremely bad to prove a hole in something's security syste?
This reminds me of syndicate's hacking on SEN. He hacked and deleted the database to 'SHOW' SEN can be hacked, and SEN nearly got shut down because of that.
However, I don't think Kow deserves a ban. What he deserves is another chance.
