The shoutbox isn't closely moderated... any bad shouts would quickly disappear...
I deleted the :toot: smilie. In senv5, we initially will have very little smilies as they all need to be made.
However... any smilies take take up more than normal height I'll block from the shoutbox.
As far as the post subtracting script... I highly doubt it. You might have lost some blank characters that pushed your post over the post count barrier.
