I am really just looking to push Lethal with triggers so we can get systems done before the end of this month. I want to start with storyline and cinematics very soon.
Terrain is of utmost importance to be finished and I am gathering terrain from other projects and collaborating them on Continant #1.
I got Insides terrain being preped from a Zelda RPG I worked on for Ocean_Of_Fire, and my old unfinished map called The Puzzeling Sucks, which both have excellent insides terrain!
Hopefully that puts a good update on everyones mind of wut i posted b4.

Sorry but there's too many pages to look in. How exactly are you making critical strikes?
Randomization of Damage, Maybe? -_-
Damage will be based on the weapon you have equiped, a small variable will be added to enhance/decrease this amount, and critical strike will do 2x the damage after this variable damage is expressed.
Damage type is also influenced where as a Scrimitar (Sharp) can't even dent a Rock Golem.

Lookin good man, however im rather scheptical about ur june deadline. There still seems to be almost an overwhelming amount of work left. Though.. i do recognize you have your trigger peons such as lethal lol. none the less, its quite a project--keep it up.

I will be posting another update on Sunday because I need to get some damn terrain done. I can tell you right now that the battle system is requiring over 1000 triggers and hopefully the other systems will fall into place much faster then this.

Im sorry to be critical of your work, which for the most part is quite elite, but i noticed a rather large and painful line in this section of your terrain enclosed in the green square. just lettin u know--im not flaming lol.[attachmentid=18440]
I See nothing wrong with that terrain screenshot winter.
lyon, look at it in game, i just checked it out in single player and used "black sheep wall" if you look at it, its a big vertical line. I just dont believe that its a -perfect- blend. and dont think im attackin wooden, im his friend like a few houses away, its all good.

jeeze wooden, this tile is a water tile.

again let me refer you to an -in game- look at it. you see the blue water appear in the tile every second or so. cmon man.
Starcraft graphics designers designated colors to pulse in-game for a water effect. Some dumb-a$$ obviously thought he could use it to blend bridge to dirt and it now ended up that we have 2 pixels out of 1024 per tile, which pulsate like the water. Big whoop...
The first one I already fixed up.
Make your own terrain before you critique mine. You need your own knoledge of the pallet before you can say something is blocky or should be fixed.
Become a Mod-Maker if you don't like the tiles Starcraft left me to blend.

Yea im still worken on it! I just did some major terrain research for Interiors of houses and castles/temples/caves. I am setting up a massive dodad database and I think I am going to create a 256x256 map just for my Custom Rocky dirt collections... I have tiles which can be put together in so many different ways! It will be unbelieveable! Lol
I am still working on Continant 1 and I recently got SF onto a computer at my school in my Keyboarding class so I made some really sexy terrain I will send over to my house once I get a suggnificant amount.

Offical update will probably be within the next couple of days.

How are you doing the weapon and armor system?
Well i havn't got to see version M yet, or whichever version you are on, but i know for a fact you made more extended terrain. Goodluck for more terrain to come.

We really havn't gotten into that much details for the vehicles other then what they will be.
Conoe, Boat, and Airship...
I would also consider having some sort of Chocobo equivalent for on-land. We are still open for suggestions but yea... the triggers for the battle system are where we are focused mainly right now.
I could ezily fill a 256x256 map up with my custom rocky-dirt blending.
I have so many tile attatchments that I actually just sort them into how they connect so you can mix/match when you want... lol

Gj woodenfire but how do u work on it at school? do you like have a computer with scmd/starforge on it or do u just get the ideas at school?Yah.. im thinking on putting sc on my ipod so i can work on my stuff... lol at school ^_^!
