This might've been brought up before, but in the missions where you just have a set amount of guys, and you can make some units use trigger spells as well. To spice up the game a little bit more.

I highly suggest you take Alpha's advice here, this map series would get not only the people interested in Micro'ing, but the people interested in RPG's as well. I think spells would definately help maximize the popularity of these maps.

Another thing u can do is add in some type of pw system. It wouldn't be hard to make at all. Just before u play the game, u have to put in an easy code. (Should take 30 secs tops)
So that people would have to play the game in order. And if they want to cheat on it, they can just simply ask one of their friends for the codes.

Nah, I don't think that would be suitable for a warrish scenario such as this. It doesn't really go along w/ Broodwar.

Maybe if it was on Installation.

Kind of like Ultimos idea, but make it so he runs down a long winding hallway with doors/traps that realease units. if mengsk reaches the end, then you have to fight him 1 on 1 with kerrigan (if she has to survive) while the rest of your units must battle off weak troops.

Well sorry but I have like 6 things I'm working on, so I'm sorry if its a bit slow.

As for the password system, it restricts things too much. People should have the freedom to play the campaign in whichever order they choose, or just skip a mission they don't like (or just sux too much to beat wink.gif

I am quite saddened by the lack of response, but LoK 5 screenshots have been posted on one of the early posts, so go check them out ^.^

Yeah.. LoK 5 is looking good. I did a long test run with Volc, but we had to stop 80% way through due to major glitch. There are a LOT of traps in there.. Beacons are your worse enemy.. Half of them end up in traps. Quite annoying.

Hopefuly Volc will map LoK 3 easier. I just tried it and died near-end.. and I was doing well! Volc said he even tried his hardest at it, and failed miserably. >.> Evilness.

Well how about getting someone else to work on the map with you? i feel like a side project! if its got some bugs find out what they are and try to find a way around or over it! Can you put them all in a zip folder? i cant be screwed to download them 1 by 1!!

To be honest, I like to do my projects solo. As for testing, many people for that is appreciated. Contact me on aim or on bw, or just PM me.

As for downloading them one at a time, well I add new maps to the list all the time, so it is rather inconvinient to make into a zip file. It will be when the first package is released (when LoK 6 is done)
