I can think of millions ways to torture people.. i just dont have the heart for anything nasty (i so wish i did) or gruesome. ( ever tried pulling someones intestines out like a rope)
But yes, threat of torture will dramaticallyt decrease crime rate, but it also might lower general morale and trade in the U.S.
