Are you sure about that? Try to guess my true age, but you probably can't because i act like a newb sometimes, i act stupid some times, and i act normally sometimes, acting old over the internet may seem easy, but to pull it off as long as she has is pretty well done.

I don't think society is that wrong. Think about all the things that happen when you are a teenager. Especially since most of the kids are immature and dumb :\ Why would you want to love a 12 year old? They haven't even experienced much of life yet.

Also when you're older, you have much more free time, and you basically don't have school as an obligation to tie you down.

There's a diffrence between loving someone who's 14/18 of your life, and someone who is 24/30 of your life. Math =-O. When you're this age, you shouldn't be so desperate you must pursue relationships by dipping low, especially when they don't even live near you. I think in the childhood years (0-18) there is a big diffrence between all those ages. So many people here disagree but I mean... would you take a 12 year old clubbing with you? It's total bull:poo: that people still in elementry school think they're loads smarter than everyone else. I can be pretty cocky at times, but never that cocky. I'm not even talking about 'book smarts' here. I mean basic cleverness and ability to use things to your advantage, and analyse situations... what I'm trying to say here is... what would your friends (the ones you know in person, it's pathetic I feel the need to clairify that) think of you if you told them you were having a long distance relationship with someone who's 14. I know if I were dating a ('matured') 12 year old long distance my friends would think there was something mentally wrong with me.

Nice Point, If i was gonig out with a 14 year old and i told my parents, And my friends, The first thing my parents would do is talk to me and make sure im not no pedefile or got nothnig wrong with me. And my friends would really look at me in a bad way and also would think theres something wrong with me.

I don't think anyone below the age of 16 is truly mature. They can act mature, but their brain isn't fully developed I bet.

The real way to tell how old someone is over the internet is to drag them out- a lot. If they start swearing a lot, you can bet they aren't old enough to get a driver's license.

Not true. If you're younger than 21, you can have sex with anyone over 16.
