Umm... if you open it in Fireworks and hit 400% zoom, you'll see that there is indeed a border.
I dont see it, all try to make one because it doesnt really match the others, if you know what i mean.

Also, the Zerg Super Weapon can be some kinda spell that will make a earthquake pretty much killing everything in its path. Deals around the same as a nuke cost 250 mana, and the unit that cast it will be a lurker?

How exactly would we all get together to produce this sample data for the ion cannon?
Agree on overlay IDs then write out the BIN file, the PAT/MGP file, and all the DAT files and give them to me to compile.
I did the unit dat of Ion Cannon. Ill start on the weapons.dat when I have time. It overlays the normal ion cannon which would make the most sense. Oh about the weapon on the ion cannon.
Update: Its going to be a spell right??? Because im unsure about how to do the weapons for this type of unit. And we need to speak about overlays for that part of the unit.
You do the weapon like any other weapon, it's just called by a spell.
Ah, I see a problem. Getting the target. How do you plan on having it get a cursor? I used to know a CASM way to trick it into getting a target by calling an illegal order and copying the target before the engine deleted it.
That said, I can call Iscript animations with CASM now. I can also place overlays without having to call an Iscript, play sounds without calling Iscript, and instantanious unit ID changes which also do the graphics and all the status. There might be a way to write a CASM action that can do the attack...

I was assured by somebody Useweap() can be called via the Spellcasting animation. Spells have a target, so you do useweap on the target, no?I've done useweapon commands in the Spellcasting animation before. I'm sure it can be done.
It can be done, but are you forgetting that useweapon shows up ON TOP of the target. It won't fly there. Therefore, it's a waste of time trying it this way. What about attack25? Wouldn't that work better, just giving the weapon to the cannon, but only have the attack command in the spell? And maybe a charge overlay, I mean, the cannon isn't just going to be ready to fire at any time, is it?
And thanks for reminding me about how targets work for some spells. I'd have gone a long and difficult way to do something so simple.
Zerg Spawner
A gargoyle-esque flying spellcaster which creates minions:
Spawn Broodling( I'm thinking we should take this away from the queen and give the queen another spell.)
Spawn Brood Minion: When an enemy approcahes, explodes and casts Spawn Broodling.
Spawn Death Minion: Explodes and deals heavy radial splash damage, as well as killing the unit directly above it. Casts Plague on survivng units. (I'm not sure whether the Cast plague part is possible.)
The Cast Plague part is possible via iscript. (That's one time when you DO want it to appear over the target.)
I was wondering whther it would be possible via iscript, because I'm not too familar with those, and I thought if we added a suicde weapon it wouldn't be possible to hav it trigger a spell on top of that.
But anyways, what do you think we should give the queen in place of Broodling? I'm thinking a mind-control type "infest" spell.
I have a problem here. For the Ion cannon I can't do any iscripts until you have all of the grps.
Therefore I think we should also include a unit we already have GRPs for in there.
