Can you back that up? No, because it's not true =D

Among many other things. I have my own opinions if they should exist or not, not to be discussed here.

QUOTE
Yes but how many of these countries have equal or greater populations then America.

The point was that there are better countries to live in. You could argue 3rd world countries would have much higher standards of living if they only had clean water. Having harder conditions doesn't mean your country is better to me, because I believe people are born nearly equal, and enviorment is the main driving force on how a person turns out (so why judge something by anything but it's enviroment?).

I'm done, so call me an idiot if you want. I will not continue.

No I am just saying those countries don't have as many poeple as America does, our poor test scores, a poverty levels, (etc the other options) are much higher becuase of that.

Besides, you haven't answered my question - isn't it illegal to hold a person indefinitely without charge or trial?

Well, not technically; with the new Bush-appointed Supreme Court it will be delcared legal if the issue is ever brought to court.

It is my opinion it is unconstitutional, however, and this blatant disregard for the morals of the Constitution is disturbing.

Some also argue that since these people are not Americans, they don't have American rights. Why should other people be denied the same rights the founder of this country believed were "self-evident" and endowed in every human by their creator?

Thats from the decleration of independence, not the constitution.

The ones that are not terrorists should/are being let go. The ones that are terrorists lost their rights when they decided to try and blow up timmy.

You lose your rights when you commit crimes. Thats the way it is here.

Also, research about the new 12 hours of tapes we found, Saddam did have WMDs from at least 1993-2002, he talks to his government officials on how they hid them from UN weapons inspecters.

I would love to see a source for that.

I find it odd that Saddam would choose to videotape evidence that could be brought against him.

I thought the same thing too. But we haven't actually seen the tape yet, so who knows what exactly is going on. Then again, Saddam is an idiot.
