Because i think christians are christians. why do people have to come in and separate the christians into baptist, presb., and stuff like that....pity

Any why do people have to come in and seperate Judism into things like Christianity?

Judism is a lot different from christianity.
They are like the pharisees in the Bible times that crucified Jesus. (like in the movie the passion)
i dont belive in any religion. im an atheist i guess
all religions were created to control people, like it or not.
I am Agnostic.
Im not sure. If theres a god cool, if theres not thats cool too.
I am an antagionist. I do believe in god, but I don't practice any faith.

Religious people think anyone that doesn't believe in their god... are going to have a horrible life... that's pathetic. They also think that these other people doesn't have a spirit, or feelings... I just say: wow...
The difference is that we don't waste money every week!

sorry I haven't been on this topic, but I don't think that...I know lots of people who have a wonderful life and aren't christian, and I know many christians who have horrible lives because of it.
I've never heard about these people who don't think other non-religous people have feelings...
and I don't waste my money; I give twenty a month to help out a kid in Thailand, and I don't think that's a waste of money.

Militant atheists can appear a little boring and soulless sometimes...
yeah like my old math teacher... i tried converting him to halo-ism but he bored me to death
haha that reminds me of a time I had a sub in math. I had just read "Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy" and I told him the meaning of life is 42, and he kept bashing me with bible-speak and stuff. This was back when I was wiccan...it was not cool
lol hhgttg is awesome

i have it all on cd

Yeah, that book is so funny, but I haven't really read any of the sequels, are they any good? Any way as for my religion, I don't really believe in god and the afterlife and all that, I'm a more scientific kinda guy.
Christen and i will be damned if i stray from it
uh yeah,. you will be

what denomination are you?
bengals: the series goes downhill fast...there are funny moments, but they are few and sparing.

...do you think I'll go to your hell or my hell?

well i dont belive in a gid or anything but i dont think im an athest.... religion is too confusin and too stressfull to think about. if there is a god ill see when im deadb

I've been getting a lot of stuff from people who think that Roman Catholicism and Christianity are different religions. Roman Catholicism IS a Christian religion.
Remember that when the Romans adoped Christianity as their state religion, they threw in their own beliefs, and the end result is Roman Catholicism and, to a lesser extent, the various Eastern Orthodox churches, which came into existance after the great schism of 1054. Protestantism (which is probably the other religion those people are talking about when they say that they're not Christian, but Catholic), came about from the Reformation, which I'm not gonna explain because I'm assuming that you already know.
I'm just bringing this up because of Shado-Fox's comment earlier about him being on the borderline between Catholicism and Christianity.
Religion have help the humanity to keep order, but we would be more advanced if it didn't have existed.
Who knows, maybe going to Hell will be fun...
I wouldn't say that religion has kept us in order. It has caused so many wars. People are still fighting over "holy land"
I am a Christian/Presbyterian.
Yes religion has started so many wars if religon was gone th world would be better.

Well, it would be a moot point anyway, because there will still be wars started for completely secular reasons.
the absence of religon all together would most likely lead to anarchy...if you were to disprove every religon thoroughly, where would the former-members of a religon go without having something in common with the people they used to know?
Lets start are own religons and see who gets the most people in it.
