Crazy if you fix the starting mission thing, can you give me it to me... Becuase meh mine is real buggy it seems like i always die.. due to stamina, you need to change how stamina works a little.
other than that everything looks fine to me.
and about cars, sometime when you leave the car they just turn to like brown color and starts roaming around and im like .....

ok nice tight lol haha... yea hard to test if first mission dont work lol... really you almost always die with stamina and stuff... and i also think you messed up firebat dmg... its way to high it was like 40ish...

I have an idea!
How about diverting the police from something?
EXAMPLE -
Someone(The Mission Giver or someone else.) is going to have a meeting. An undercover cop overheard that someone and reported the information to the police.
Now, you have to divert the police from the meeting using the decoy vechicle.(any vechicle.)You have to get the police as far away from the meeting point as possible. Also, you may want to use a timer. So that after the timer you can leave the car in an alley somewhere and steal another car to go back to the meeting point. Once you get to the meeting you find out that the 'someone' has been ambushed by the dealers. Your job is to save him before he dies and take out all the enemies. Then you must take whatever they're dealing and put it in the dealer's vechicle so you can take the 'Someone' and the whatever the dealers were dealing back to the 'someone's' home or safe house.
Is that good?

Mission - A rival gang has put a price on your head, you have to get to a safehouse fast, but before that tell your gang of what's happening. After heading to the safe house, you have to kill the member that put the price on your head.

Mission - An abandoned building on some road was found and it would be the perfect place to make some money with a shop. Your mission is to choose what kind of shop u want to own between an auto shop an icecream shop or a cloth shop. You gotta get enough money in 5 days or the mob will have your head

M i s s i o n -
The cops have a car armed with a bomb in their garage. Find a police uniform and get in there. Once you get in there, steal the car and lose the cops. Once you lose the cops get the car into destination garage. Once you get it there, get the gang members that are waiting there and drive back to the police station. Your crew will be working on disarming the bomb and taking the bomb out for further uses. Once you drive to the police station wait across from it. The Police Chief will be arriving shortly in a limosine that is driven by another police officer. The Police Chief will go in to check on the reports and then get back into the limosine. The driver should also step outside to guard the limosine. Get your men to eliminate the driver and the officers that are outside with them. Get in the limosine and leave your men at the headquarters, have them hide at a safe area near it. Once the Police Chief gets back in the limo, drive him to (destination). Once at destination the GS(Grove Street) Members will 'ambush' you. Once you are ambushed they will take the Chief away to scare. Drive the limo back to the Police Headquarters and then park it in garage where you had your crew disarm the bomb from the car. They will then arm the bomb into it and you will have to drive safely to where you left the Police Chief. (The GS members should say that the Police Chief gave them the information they needed.)Once the Police Chief gets in the limo drive to the police garage fast and safely. He is suppose to be there at a certain time. Park the limo in the garage, the Police Chief should be locked up in the back of the limo. Another Police Officer then tells you to give him the keys. You give him the keys and you walk outside. Get your gang members that you left here and get in the unlocked police car in the police parking lot. Drive out of there, the new driver should be starting up the limosine and triggering the bomb blowing up the police garage.
