Kellimus, about your clock, did it ever occur to you that your spritual energy might not be affecting it, but the lack of battery energy might be affecting the clock? I mean, seriously. The clock might not be functioning correctly and it isn't keeping time right.
QUOTE(Kellimus @ Jun 18 2005, 12:32 AM)
I have a question for you. Have you ever been listening to your radio before you're going to bed, and it's a little bit to loud, and you consiously think to turn it down, but you're to lazy to do so, but the music seems to get softer?
That is what I think coulda happened with my clock. Somehow, my subconsious mind did some whack ass shit (not saying it did, saying it's possible) and somehow made me change it while I was asleep. Who knows? Maybe there is some whicked uber spirit in my room that **cks with my shit?

It's all in your mind, with the radio thing you probably just developed a "tolerance" to it.
With the clock you probably just had some kind of mental lapse where you lost track of time and weren't aware of what was going on even though you think you do. Maybe there is something wicked uber in your room, but more like a drug like rohypnol

About the radio thing, if you consciously want the music to be less loud, it might seem less loud. It's still the same loudness in decibels, but you don't hear it being as loud because you dont want to hear it as loud.

Dude, it is an electric clock with a battery backup. And the power hasn't gone off any of the times.
Basically, I think it's not the clock that changed, I think it was you. The clock was always the same, it's just that you percieved it to change.
Furthermore, you were asleep. You wouldn't really have a good perception of time while you are sleeping.
I agree your subconcious did some whack shit, but not on the clock, just you.

You don't understand what I mean. My clock actually changes somehow. I will set it with my satalite, then like 4-7 days later, it is not in sync with the satalite anymore. And no one in my house even touches it besides me, and that is to turn the damn thing off.
Ok, my bad, then something is obviously wrong with the clock. I still don't think that some strange force is affecting your clock. It's probably something simple that you just don't know about. Are you an electrician or know about how all the electronics in your clock work? I don't think you should be so quick to assume it's some supernatural force. Clocks being slower/faster aren't really caused by magic.
Thats what I was saying. The clock might be defective.

I never said it was. I said it was a possibility that something "supernatural" could be affecting it, I never said it was a surpernatural thing. I never asumed anything.
Well Kellimus, what do you thinks more likely? The clock is broken, or Ki/Chi/Dudes from Dragonball Z are affecting it?
Then theres no point in discussing it. Why even bother mentioning something supernatural? Theres a possibility that everything that happens could be supernatural.
If everything is supernatural, everything would STILL be just natural.
Like if magic does exists, magic still wouldn't really exist. Cause science would still be able to explain it.
Just like tornadoes. In a way, they're magic. But since we know how they work, they're no longer magic to us anymore.
Ok well something we currently don't know about right not; something that is unknown and cannot be explained yet. But I do think that what Kellimus was talking about could be explained with things that we know about.

Mind over matter. This is how I can fall asleep in about 1 minute. Even at a concert I can fall asleep in this amount of time.

It's about time someone posted that comment. It
is mind over matter. That is why those Monks in Tibet, can do so much crazy shit.
So, if it is mind over matter, that means that your perception of "Time" can be changed (Well, that's what I believe)
And I said
perception not the actuall time.
I've kind of said that a few times already

All the same thing, mind over matter.
time is nothing but an illusion made by us to help the growth of society. Anyways time actually does have a master and his name IS....................gravity thats right the unyielding force that makes everything possible (including life) controls "almighty" time. How do i know this? Well there was an experiment awhile back in NY with the Empire state building where they put a clock on the ground and a clock on top of the building (where there was less gravitational pull from the Earth). Anyways when they got the clock on top and compared the clocks and found out the one on top of the building was a few minutes fast

(i dont know how much though). They did the experiment again but vica versa with the clocks to make sure. So in response with this topic...yes i think you can stop time with your mind...cause we created it!

Have they tried it in space? Keep a clock on earth and one in space.
yes, yes they have, and the reasone (i think) they did that was to see if "space time" and "earth time" were the same. in a sationary orbit the time stayed the same with the time one the ground, but in free orbit( i dont know what this is called, but its when the satilite spins around the earth at a speed not matching the earths) the time changes. i say time so you all know what im talking about and cant get confused. kellimus, there could be a couple explanations...... one it could be that in the prosses of turning off the clock, you hit a butten or something that caused the clock's wherly-magigs and the spinny-mabobs to go all screwy.( there are spinnys and wherlies in digital clocks to, there just electronic) or you could have donr your chi thing and changed it that way.what im saying is, whatever happend, happend. be it chi or spinnys and whirlys your clock is medded up. but that has nothing to do with time its self. see, is you were to pull the batteries and then pull the plug on your clock, time will still go on. but, it can be alterd in a small way. ever heard of "time managers"? what they do is help people do the max amount of stuff in the time "given"( you cant goive time, it's not realy there) they don't manage time itself. wow....i see what you mean about late posts kellimus........lunie.........
oh, and Snake)Ling....

all that coment did was show how smart you are. if you cant open your mind to other posibilities, then post what you think and dont diss what anyone else has to say....plz.

Can you clarify that a bit? Also using correct grammar and punctuation would help me to understand it.

yes they have.but see, there is no use doing that cus all the satilite has to do is orbit in the opisite direction that the earth is spinning. or, if yu want to, it can spin faster than the earth, that would do it to.BUT, the only way that what im talking about would work is if they had a clockthat moniterd "time zones" and agusted to them.
like gorotsuki said, all a clock is, is a bunch of wheels and metal things. thats not what time is.
you know, i'm seeing a pattern here. you were alays saying that to gorotsuki to. i understood him, and so did a hole lot of other people.....but it was only when he replied to your posts devilesk. WARNIGN WARNING THIS IS NOT A FLAME. THIS IS ONLY ONE PERSONS PERSONAL THOUGHTS. WARNING WARNING

Let me reply to this week old post...
Shadow, your ears adjusted to the sound of the radio... Like your eyes do to the dark after awhile.

How would timezones affect the clocks? You keep on clock on one place on the earth, and synchronize it with the clock in space, the hour hand wouldn't really affect anything.

That's pretty obvious

What are you talking about? What was I always saying to gorotsuki? If I could understand what you are talking about, partly due to the fact that your grammar/sentences aren't very clear, I would know what you are trying to say.

warhamma, shadowbrood only quoted that from Kellimus, if look at the rest of what Shadowbrookd said there is his response, which is what you said as well.
if you would read the hole thing first then try to post it would be different. yes the hour hand dose make a differenceits like saying im getting maried at 12:00 and you show up at 1:00. thats a HUGE difference. but i dont even know why were ar talking about this. time on earth is different than time in space. thats that...moving on
It doesn't make a huge difference when you are talking about time moving slower and your whole experiment, would the time be so far off by so much as an hour?

This is what beezelbub said. It's off by a few minutes, not over an hour. Time zones don't affect the minute hand.
