Yeah, it's about 200% fascist.
You can regulate what we say on your site, but you can't do it in Battle.net. So don't even act like you can. Whatever happened to that thing we have over here, uh, yeah... free speech? Do they have that in Canada?

Actually he can regulate what you say in the channel by using ops.

He runs the ops.

We can still physically say it, even if you ban us. In fact, I'm thinking of leading a large group of seners to break the rules, so that you have to ban maybe twenty some people, and there's no one in your channel. Then again, would it really be worth it? Probably not, considering you're pretty set on the whole "nazi" thing.

Can you just go up to a cop and say:
"Hey, I like your pants, can I pull them down for you? Oh, and (massive swearing)."??
in america? Is that your so-called free-speech?

Yes, you can.
But you would probabaly be punished for it...

It's more like, go ahead and try seeing as how the people who have an IQ of above 90 actually know the rules are not hard to follow.

It's not hard to follow the rules. Hope as much as you want, but everyone isn't going to be like you and constantly break the rules.

Okay, heres the thing:

op sen was intended for playing maps and discussion with other map makers/players. When you spam excessively or other such things, you totally drown out people trying to make games and so on. New people to map night and so on get frustrated and end up leaving, meaning less people for you to play with. Not to mention it is annoying when you're trying to do something else.

These rules were necessary so more games would be created and more people would understand what the heck is going on. Not to mention it is rude to interuppt someone and hide their text up at the top of the list where no one will read it.

People want to talk in the channel, yes thats perfectly fine of course. I'm not trying to prevent that, I'm trying to prevent the discussions which people bring up for "fun" which only intend to spam the channel.

You're right. I can't regulate what you say - neither on battle.net or staredit.net technically for that matter. But I can do my best to insure you don't get to say anything else where people from this site can hear it. You are free to do all the swearing and spamming you want in The Void. The problem is we don't want to hear it, and we should have the right to eject people from the channel and site who are saying things that are totally out of line, as we do not want to hear them.

As I said. You don't like the rules, I'm sure that some other channel or website would allow you to do things like this. Go find them and join them. Thats not what we're about here.

the four letter word rhyming with hit is censored on TV, am I right? Yes. It is, unless you have something higher then cable.
