A rule was broken, and consequences resulted. Do I hate DEAD now? No. He handled himself maturely about the matter, and I expect him to take it in stride. Would he have been suspended if he hadn't rigged the polls? No, he wouldn't have.

I personally have lost no respect for DEAD, as some of you may have. Hes still a fun person who i always found to be good at his staff duties. If he did use them for malicious purposes then i wouldve warned him and deleted the accounts. Firing him wasnt the best idea, good staff members are hard to come by. But thats all done for now.
All i can say is im glad i only have one account.

...that is plain stupid, you condone DEAD because he points out you guys did jack crap?...letting little loop holes into the rules is showing more how you aren't moderating well. Look at it this way, you can keep make the rules the rules or change the freaking rules. Obviously people are saying "He broke the rules 16 times!" and other people are saying "Its ok because DEAD was helping" Bullcrap, DEAD has plenty of other ways of helping SEN which is why I belive he deffinately shouldn't be rehired. Not only did he have the accounts he had to rig survivor polls and the OSMAP Poll. Basically the moderators are going easy on DEAD because they know they weren't doing there job well. This is the wake up call for the mods to stop being so light on people who break the rules 16 times which is supposed to be a "serious" offense.

DEAD is unlike you, VERY unlike you, a respected member of the SEN Community. I dare you to show me a map that shows that you have more skill then dead. Have you seen Brain Bread? Its a great map. His first CTF map, not a big deal, and no not all that good. Oh well. Hes made better maps since then. Seriously Shocko look at what your typing and read it back to yourself.
Second, good grammar and loving SEN are two things that are important in a moderator in my opinion. Infact, i think they should be a requirement. Not everyone can "get the job done" as a moderator, and if you think they can, then your quite simply a very dull person. (Im putting that VERY lightly)
Third when it comes to people on SEN, you shouldnt be talking. You are LOATHED by a large amount of members, and if the reputation system was in effect i wouldnt be suprised about how trashed you would be.
Fourth how do you give someone the chance to look good on SEN? I really would like you to tell me how you do that. Infact if you knew how to do that yourself, you probobly wouldnt be so widely disliked.
And finally Moose's words which i belive to be a more direct quote:
