In the case where the channel is filled with 25+ people, Idle kick will be enabled.

To prevent yourself from being idle kicked, just say something every 400 seconds, or it really doesnt matter, because you can just come back into the channel when you return.

If you are bringing bots into the channel, you are doing so at your own risk. If we find that a bot keeps rejoining automatically even after being idlekicked, or it says an automated message to prevent itself from being kicked, it will be BANNED. So make sure you set it's home channel to something else, so it doesnt keep rejoining op staredit.net.

You have been warned, this is a emergency measure that will only be activated so there is plenty of room in the channel for everyone.

What about channel Clan SEN?
I got automatic mod status once I enter it. It might be used as a back-up channel just incase there is no space in Op Staredit.net and everybody keeps talking.

Just a suggestion, 25 people per channel is very low and Clan SEN has up to 40. Mapnights are growing and it seems like there will be way more than 25 people per night.

You know, bots have anti-idles.
As demonstrated with my bot.

And you can't tell when they're doing anti-idles if they whisper the bot with ops.

Umm... Yoshi... I'm the one with Clan SEN.
We'll Sala made the channel and I'm a Shaman, I could ask him to give Chieftain status to SEN@Azeroth (My bot) and then I'll give you the account.

I've wondered why you didn't set up the server to run Starcraft, and BOT certain channels through that. Or, do what i do for games, and run a second computer on the Network, thats job is to hold certain channels open on different games.

You can't have Clan Staredit.net because all clan channel have to have less than 4 letter.
IE: Clan SEN
You won't be able to use Clan Staredit.net and thats why me, Sala, Cloak and another guy took Clan SEN.

What is the real difference between a clan channel and an op channel? It's not like more people can join it or something...

Clan, last time I checked, is exclussively for Warcraft 3 usage. OP was created for all non-Warcraft 3 games that are still using battle.net.

10 People with War3 cd-keys are required to start a clan channel. SC people can join afterwards and atleast 10 members must log on at least once per 3 months or the clan dies. People can be invited to a clan and may only be in one per cd-key. It's simply a more structured way. In any case, it looks cooler and is easier to type. tongue.gif

Ok, this easier to type thing. What the hell is the big deal with it? Just type Staredit.net, and if you believe it's too long, then you're OBVIOUSLY a newbie -- "One that is new to something, especially a novice at using computer technology or the Internet."

No, I'm not just saying that to call you something, it would be a fact, so you can NOT say anything back, like "No, I'm not a newbie, staredit.net is just too long to type". If it's a fact, you can't prove it wrong, because it's already proven to be right. So if you think op staredit.net is too long to type, then you are a newbie.

Because if you're too lazy to write out op staredit.net, chances are, I wouldn't want you in our channel anyway.
