Yes, I know it does appear I have not been doing much mapping lately. But, I did some work on this map tonight. Okay, first off, this map is ALPHA. This means I am still working on this map. It is not done. It also means there are bugs.

So basically, you're a High Templar. You've got a Dropship controller to fire rockets. 8 units, each correspond to a direction. The rockets explode on other players and walls as well. Have fun blowing the crap out of each other. tongue.gif

Note: The only working game mode is "Deathmatch". That's why this is a demo.

All players infinite ammo. This is because ammo spawning has not been implemented yet. Ignore the Toggle Items beacon, items are not in yet. Using it will serve no purpose. tongue.gif
There is a basic anti-hack. Let me now if it screws up, wrongly crashes you, etc.

Known Bugs:
It IS possible to kill yourself with your own Rocket. Hard to do, I've only managed to do it twice. Generally, this only happens when you're walking at an angle close to the one the rocket is traveling.
Occasionally the Rockets may stop. We can call this "laying a mine". tongue.gif

I think millenniumarmy made a map like that, but if you say the only working mdoe is Deathmatch that means there's more modes smile.gif

Cool map, I'll play it later, that is if anyone wants to play with me sad.gif

Yes, I am aware of Millenium's map. I have played it, they are very different.

Due to the sheer interest of the community in this map, I was motivated to make version Alpha 10:

» The map accomodates for players who leave the game.
» Anti-hack improved
» Spawning now occurs at one of 16 spawn points, instead of the previous 4-per-team locations.

Hey Moose, instead of having only one set of weaponry, how about implementing different types and upgrades, etc? I know it's called "Rocket Launchers" but...
