My battle.net account statistics are displayed as 0-0-0 when it should be something like 550 - 220. I wonder if this has anything to do with capatalization?

Battle.net names are not case-sensitive. You probably don't play on US East.

Fixxed to now select your correct realm.
While I was at it, I also fixxed a problem with the inability to select "Europe" as a realm.
