Whenever I click on one of the quote buttons, instead of turning gray, it throws me to the top of the page. As in the scrollbar is at the very top.
But you say this site was made for Firefox and IE. So it might just be me...

And does the java error say?
There is no popup window, it just doesn't do what it's supposed to do. Actually, this happens to me when I click attachment ID's too. It brings me to the top of the page.
And if it's any help, it acts as if you put <a href="#"> becuase that's what it does.
(Excuse me if my code is wrong, page jumping with HTML is something I sux0r at)
