Whenever he burrows a ling there is a scanner sweep, recall, interceptors come in and fly around in a circle, and a cloaked wraith shoots at something (probably the unit that was moved over the ling to identify it).

ALll it does is that when you use yourr zergling to burrow there is a recall thing over you, interceptors fly over you and a scanner sweep on you.
Why is this even in concepts???

good question? what is the concept? all it is, is a bunch of triggers that people have discoverd before strung together.
