Instead of having the scroll bar there and also it looks prety ugly why dont you put it in a nice black box on the left hand side down the side... there seems to be alot of room and you can easily fit alot of people down their withought a scroll bar... Also make the names smaller so you can fit in the names without have the horozontal scroll bar...
Again this is just a thought post some comments and hopefuly it can be changed...

Move it to the left side under the curent people online have another box like that that shows who is in channel
