Im not sure if this is a new concept. Maybe other people know it. But I have just found out for "myself" how to cloak any Man Type Unit (Not Buildings) without having to use triggers!
What you need:
Starforge 2.2
What you do:
1. You can place any unit or sprite.
2. Select that unit you just placed.
3. Press enter.
4. Look at the unit properties, and look on the right side and find the "Unit Type" box.
5. Change the number from what it says to 6178
6. Now, Save Map
7. Open up in Starcraft
8. Now look you can have a cloaked any unit.
BUT, For as long as you are within the "distance" of the cloaking zone you will stay cloaked. But as soon as you leave the "Area" the unit will become uncloaked again.
What you can do is have every "man" unit cloaked by placing multiple of the 6178 units around to get cloaked units.
I have posted Screen Shots below for proof.
Old news, but to my knowledge, if the extended unit is owned by py a computer, sc will crash.
So don't do that.
It's the unit number for an arbiter's cloaking feild. Yeah, pretty old news.

I just tried it (Owned by Player 1, Human player) and SC crashed.
Do you need to use a specific unit? I tried with an Observer and a Marine, both crashed.
interesting conecpt, but not anything new.
to bad its not more useful.
Too bad the cloaking field of that extended unit is only 4x32 pixels radius.
Too bad it has a lesser chance of existing in 1.12, and too bad it's extremely unstable. It links itself with another unit, so when you directly click on the unit, you actually click on the invisible unit, thus crashing.
You don't understand. No matter how you use it or how you place it in a map, it is still more unstable than any other methods.
