Well, I made this melee map a long time ago, and I used PROEdit to protect it. But when I did that, for some reason it made a screen shot of the whole map, that was about 2,000 x 8,000 pixels and 16MB, and made my 130KB map 1.5MB. I know I should've made a backup of the map before I did that, but is there anyway to reverse any of that?
I didn't think that PROEdit could take a screenshot of a map...
Your best bet is to open the map in WinMPQ and delete anything that looks out of place. But make sure you make a backup first.

PREdit doesnt take screenshots...
Well, I don't know how the screen shot got there. Unless somehow I used some program I don't have to take the screen shot.
This waas most likely the cause of a program other than PROEdit. PROEdit does not increase map size.
Well, I only used SCXE and PROEdit. It changed to be giant after I protected it.
Proedit lowers file size because it deletes comment, location, and switch strings. You musta done something wrong...
ProEdit cannot possibly do what it wasn't programmed to do. And if Clokr_ says it wasn't programmed to do that, then it cannot do that.
If you want me to look at the map for you to try to figure it out what I can do then send it to me via IM or something.
Well it actually could make a map bigger. Not my code but ShadowFlare's code, she made MPQControl, and that's what I use to load/save mpqs (maps).
Try to open the map with WinMPQ and press 'Compact'.
EDIT: What it could NEVER do is take an screenshot of the map.
