The bush sprites are almost certainly covering up blocky terrain. While the idea is good, the execution is not. Any use of more than a few sprites is wasteful and looks poor.

Ok i will fix up the terrain now that i have time i did it really late a few days ago i have time to make it better now......

Ok, well i gave up on the "2" layer thing because i couldn't find a decent way to get the tiles to "blend" so i just changed ti something very simple and low key. And this dramatically reduced my sprite count!

That looks much more clean cut, but the second lower level was where the idea held it's merit to me. This has been done before. Also... try lowering the burning terran buildings so that the flames are in front of the torch pillar sprite.

It's a bit better then it was before. Honestly still way to blocky but atleast your working your way up to 1337 terrain. Everyone has to start at the bottom and work their way up.
